Welcome to the website trullidelnonnomichele.it/com, a platform offering an online booking system for our trulli in the beautiful Itria Valley. These policies govern the use of our booking system and website. By using our website and booking system, you fully accept these policies. If you disagree with any part of these policies, please do not use our website.
| 2. BOOKINGS |
AVAILABILITY
Our booking system displays real-time availability of the trulli. However, on rare occasions, discrepancies may occur. We reserve the right to refuse a reservation due to availability errors, overbooking, or any reason beyond our control.
CONFIRMATION
You will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please carefully review the booking details (dates, number of guests, selected trullo, any optional services) and contact us immediately if any errors or changes are needed.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 40% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. The balance must be paid before arrival by bank transfer or credit card.
CHANGES
Requests to modify the reservation (dates, number of guests, trullo type, any unplanned services) are subject to availability and must be communicated by email at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS
From June 1st to September 30th, cancellations made 15 days before arrival will result in a refund of the deposit, net of any management fees.
From October 1st to May 31st, cancellations made 7 days before arrival will result in a refund of the deposit, net of any management fees.
In case of no-show, the entire stay amount will be charged.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in: from 3 PM to 12 AM
Check-out: by 10 AM
| 3. RATES AND PAYMENTS |
The rates are in Euro (€) and include VAT, bed and bath linen. A €100.00 security deposit is required upon arrival.
EXTRA COSTS
Additional cleaning: €30
Extra linen change: €10
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, Cash.
| 4. STAY RULES |
GUESTS
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the reserved trullo.
PETS
Not allowed.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
NOISE
Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests, especially during night hours.
DAMAGES
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the trullo or its belongings.
| 5. RESPONSIBILITIES |
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure, such as natural events, strikes, or technical issues beyond our control.
VALUABLES
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables left unattended inside the trulli.
USE OF THE POOL
The pool is open from April 20th to October 20th.
